DMI involvement in Mozambique is new. Through its work in Malawi, we try to spread the Christian message through to the deaf in Mozambique. Our Reverend Elton Mukarangeya from Malawi have started new churches for the deaf in Mozambique. We work in several places in northern Mozambique, but working in the country are led by employees in the southern region of Malawi.
